What is stainless steel rod?
316 stainless steel rod: austenitic stainless steel, better than 304 stainless steel rod in performance, with added molybdenum, excellent pitting corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for pipes, heat exchangers, food industry, chemical industry, etc.
Stainless steel round rods, stainless steel square rods, and stainless steel hexagonal rods are collectively referred to as stainless steel rods.
Stainless steel rods can be divided into: according to specifications and models:
316 stainless steel rod: austenitic stainless steel, better than 304 stainless steel rod in performance, with added molybdenum, excellent pitting corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for pipes, heat exchangers, food industry, chemical industry, etc.
302 stainless steel rod: The performance is close to that of 304, but the hardness is higher.
310 stainless steel rod: high temperature resistant, used in automobile exhaust pipes.
303 stainless steel rod: contains sulfur and phosphorus, and has good cutting performance.
302 stainless steel rod: has higher hardness than 304, has good rust resistance and anti-corrosion properties, and is widely used in aviation and auto parts.
202 stainless steel rod: Its performance is better than that of 201 stainless steel. It is a chromium-nickel-manganese austenitic stainless steel.
201 stainless steel rod: less magnetic.
316L stainless steel rod: martensite structure, wear resistance and poor corrosion resistance.
316 stainless steel rod: used in surgical scalpels.
430 stainless steel rod: ferrite structure, good formability, used for decoration.
